The Summit will consist of morning and afternoon general sessions; the latest details on new contracting opportunities; and a networking lunch with exhibitors. A VIP Networking Reception will be held for all VIP Business Attendees, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Speakers, and Special Guests. Summit participants include Military Contracting Officials, Federal Government Officials, both Large and Small Defense Contractors and Businesses, and often Members of Congress and Senior Congressional Staff.

This is not booth/pipe and drape set up, no carpeting needed.
Exhibit tables will be located in the General Session Area and in the foyer/pre-function area.
Upon arrival, each Exhibitor will be assigned a table-top exhibit space equipped with one (1) six-foot table and chairs.
❖ Standard Exhibit includes space up to 8ft wide by 6 to 8ft deep for table-top display items and up to (2) 3ft wide pull-up banners.
❖ Large Exhibit includes space up to 10ft wide by 8ft deep for table-top display items and up to (3) 3ft wide pull up banners or a backdrop display up to 10ft wide. Contact if you have any questions about your display items.
To request power, contact DLF prior to 5PM EST Wednesday, Nov 20 to indicate that your display requires electricity.

MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT
Move-In: Exhibitors will be able to access Ballroom 20 C&D from 3:00PM to 6:00PM on Tuesday, December 3rd.
Your exhibit materials must be hand-carried to Ballroom 20 C&D.
Move-Out: Exhibitors may start breaking down and moving out at 12PM Noon Thursday, December 5th. Break-down is not permitted during General Session Presentations.

SHIPPING, RECEIVING, STORAGE:
Please note that NO advance shipping directly to the Convention Center is available for this event. All inbound and outbound shipping must be done via your own provider. You must hand-carry your items to the Convention Center and to the Ballroom. Elevators are available. On-site staff will not be available to assist with the transport of materials. Outbound shipping may be coordinated through the FedEx located in the Convention Center (FedEx (619)525-5450).
